Hi. As you all known Flipnote Hatena is a website for drawing in your DSi. All you need is a DSi to draw. Go to the DSi Shop and Go to Free. Then download Flipnote Studio. Ok if your DSi has wi-fi you can acesses the site too. But draw first before you go to Flipnote Hatena. o-o Try to be popular you don't know what could happen. :D Like kingk22.
