Although, she didn't know that he kissed her, so she thought he dumped her eventhough they weren't dating. Then, once she gets out of the hospital she runs away at the site of Kyo, trying not to smile at the site of him. He tells her it's okay and that he loves her too. Finally she asks if it is okay to hug him, he says yes, and the curse if lifted. However they do not kiss in this romantic scene.

He does kiss her though several times once they reslove their loves problems to the end of the sries.

lets start from the begging first they do not kiss in the anima they kiss in the manga and it depends on whta kind of kiss you are talking about(because they kiss two times) the first kiss is in volume 21 when tohru falls off a cliff whitch is kind of a sappy kiss, the second kiss is so so so romantic and awsome it is in volume 22 and this is when kyo confesses his feelings for her whitch i love

they kiss in books 21 and 22 but if you want the chapters then it is 122 and 129 ok and they only kiss in books not the show K :)
