Envily "Safe, In My Arms"
Emily and Envy walk down the path in the woods heading for the city. Emily pulls out her watch and Envy looks over her shoulder at it. "It's getting late, hopefully we can get home before dark." Envy looks up at the sky, dark clouds are moving over head. "If anything, lets hope it doesn't rain." Emily stiffen up. "R-Rain...you mean like a storm?" Envy nods "Yeah, we're probably even get some lightning." Emily's voice shacks "I...maybe..maybe we should take shelter." Envy laughes. "We don't need shelter, it's 4not an earthquake or anything." Emily looks up at the black clouds over head, her hands shake as the rain falls on her face.
Emily's eye get big as a low rumbling sounds through the air. All of a sudden, she starts runs off heading for the woods. Envy spins around "Hey get back here!!" Emily just calls back "I can't stay here!" Envy yells back at her. "Fine go, see if I care!" Envy shacks his head and keeps walking. "Man, what's wrong with her. It's just a little storm." Envy stops and looks over his shoulder. "No..no, not going back for her this time...she can just be afrai-" Lightning zips across the sky, sending a loud CRACK booming through the night. Envy jumps. "Oh shoot! I...I can't leave her alone in this." Envy turns around and heads back into the woods after Emily. He looks behind every tree and ever rock looking for her. "Emily!!! Where are you!!" Finally Envy comes to a cave, looking inside he sees Emily with her hands over her head curled into a ball.
Envy walks up to her. "Emily? You ok?" Emily slowly raises her head shacking, tears are running down her face. "Envy?" Another CRACK goes through the night as the sky lights up. Emily whimpers and flings her hands over her head again. Envy sits down beside her, putting his arms around her. "Hey, it's ok." Emily buries her face into his chest, her body still shacking. Envy pats her head. "I didn't know you were afraid of storms." Emily whispers "It's been like that since I was little......storms...always scare me...the loud noises...and the sky lighting up...it...it just scares me." Emily tightens her grip on Envy as another BOOM goes through the cave. Envy holds her close. "I didn't know that....I...I shound have never let you go off by yourself." Envy bites his lip. "I'm...I'm really sorry." Emily shack her heaad. "You don't have to say you're sorry...it's not your fault.....I'm the one who ran off." Envy looks up as the sound of rain beats hard against the ground. "I guess we're stuck here tell morning." Emily moving her head so it's laying on Envy shoulder. "At least the lightning stop-" Lightning flashing through the night once more. Before Emily could do a thing, Envy moved her closer to him. "You're safe with me......you're safe." Envy closes his eyes, thinking to himself. "You're safe....in my arms."
