What's that clip from?

In one of the promos for Glee (It's on the DVD of the Directors Cut of the pilot for those who have it), there's a clip of Will & Terri, Will sayd "Don't you want me to be happy?" and Terri says "Of course not, I'm your wife."

I was wondering what episode that was from. Unless it's a deleted scene or something, i thought it was from the originally aired pilot.; cuz i missed that one, I've only seen the directors cut.
