I had a lot fish,incuding goldfish,and they are the best kind of fish I ever owned.Super friendly!Goldfish can live with just about any other not-so-aggressive fish.Even the small ones.I have two goldfish in the tank with two really small fish and goldfish won't try to eat them or anything.An avrege goldfish should live for about 10 years.That is,if the tank has filtration,the fish gets proper food and injuries and illnesses are avoided.
