Is this really Leighton?

Okay so this is the first picture when I google image 'Leighton Meester'. But is that really her6 I've alaways wonder because to me that doesn't look like her at all. What do you think?

Okay cause this is one of the first picture that appear when you google image her since like 2007, before the roomate, so i dont see what they had in common back then.
