In the last episode when Nate touches Blairs hair she gets up and then says something about boyfriend and hair. What is she saying?

So Nate touches her hair and blair says:
"Don't. Only my boyfriend gets to touch my hair."

And by the end of the episode when they're about to kiss, he says he doesn't want to be with her like that, and starts touching her hair (meaning he wants to be her boyfriend) and that's why she giggles.
