Bella Hartley started out as a new girl but save Rikki and see Cleo as a mermaid when a tenticle attack Rikki.Bella told them she had been a mermaid ever since she was nine years old.They became friends.She is sweet and really gullible .
How she became a mermaid?
When she was nine and parents were on an errand she took off to explore.She found a sea cave right above cliffs.She jump in the pool when the full moon rise above the pool.She instanly turn into a mermaid.
If you want to know Bella's first kiss it's in the episode beach party season 3.
