BB2010 who the frick gives their baby a tattoo?? -_- hopefully it's not permanent. It's bad enough mothers give their babies earrings (before they even turn 1 btw) but tattoos???

KatiiCullen94 No, I think it's in that spot because, it's not seen generally. Its hidden by clothing which is at least appropriate (at least not her face or arms/legs). It's not harming the child, they proberly did it for a little giggle, which is perfectly fine. The child is not harmed in anyway, It's just a water/press on. This lady could've done worse, some people have celebrities sign their babies body parts,having harmful ink toxins into their babies. However it's not something i would do personally.

luv_warriorcatz getting your ears pierced when you were young is fine because it benefits you and it's also not noticable (I wished I had my ears pierced *sniff*)
