extra book????

my freind has the book that hermione read the tale of the three brothers out of. i dont remember what it was called but could someone plzzzzzzzzz tell me were to buy it. it has dumbledore comments and everything! :)
(im talking about a copy of the book not the real one they used in the movie!!!) plzzz help. thanks!
