I actually think it's Leanne, not only because they have similar hairstyles, but if you look closely in the scene where Ron freaks out after Quirrell announces the Troll in the Dungeon, you can catch a glimpse of a girl with black hair in the background around 0:26

I believe that's Pansy Parkison she wasn't in the movies that much she was in the books a lot though

It looks like Pansy Parkinson but it's actually Michael Corner, he's not a girl and you haven't seen him only in HP1, e.g. he joined Dumbledore's Army in HP5 (Order of the Pheonix), people think it's Pansy but Pansy joins Draco Malfoy's gang to treat people like shit so Hermione doesn't want to go near her. I know Michael Corner isn't a very important character so that's why people think it's not him but Hermione's too good to want to go near someone evil on purpose. Pansy joined Draco, stealing people's things e.g. Neville's rememberall, calling people names, injuring them and other evil stuff so NO WAY IN HELL that Hermione would go near an evil girl. And yes, he's a boy.
