"Queen of the Upper east side" - Teen Vogue

In an article, Teen Vogue has named Haylee the "Queen of the Upper east side". If you don't know, the Upper East side is in Manhattan New York. Haylee's father bought her getaway houses. An apartment in New York City and a house in Beverly Hills, California. I wouldn't mind that. Haylee has been seen with friends entering and exiting her apartment building.
