A/N: Okay I feel like a huge amateur writer compared to Derp so.. Don't judge me. DX
"RUSSIA!!" I hear, the familiar voice getting louder and louder. I begin to hear quick, repetitive footsteps. It sounded like a marathon runner. Before I had a chance to think, my one and only love, my best friend, Tallulah Jones a.k.a Washington, glomped me from behind. Before thinking, I pressed my lips hard against Tally's. It felt so good. I held her tight like she was my very own, and that I would never let go.
Holding back my tears, I managed out, "....W-Washington? Y-Your alive? B-but how.. How is it possible.. But I thought.. They.. I.. Us.." I flustered and couldn't get my words straight. "Yep, it's me!" I couldn't think straight, but I did know I wanted to kiss her plush lips again, and so I did. Even though it felt so nice, I decided it was enough and that she ought to explain all this. "So... What has happened? With your fake suicide and all? I'm very confused and.. Wait, is this a dream? How could you possibly be alive?"
In response, Tally ruffled my hair like she used to. "Well, first off, it isn't a dream. It's actually a long story. Care to hear it?" She said. I nod and a long solemn stare into her eyes.
Her story, throughout all, was... Incredible.. No, not really the good kind of incredible but.. Amazing how much she's went through. Practically opening up her stomach? Hoping she would die right there in the middle of the kitchen? And Cuba, how nice he was to take her in and give her shelter.. But.. Her fake death still killed me on the inside. I couldn't bare the emptiness in my gut. I bow my head down with melancholy.
I could tell though that she was the first to sob. Her head fell into my chest, and I wrapped my arms around her; Wanting to protect every inch of her life from harm. "It's all okay," I started to whisper, "Your alive. And your with me. That's all that matters, right?" And Tally replied with a nod, and I wiped a stray tear from her cheek. "Can I go on?" She asked. "Of course."
She continued to go on. But once it came to an ending, she hesitated. "Uh Russia.. Do you mind if.. I go do something?" "Er... Okay."
She began to walk, but stopped and faced me again. "Please come with me.." "You know I would Tally but.." I sigh. "But what?" In her tone in her voice I could tell she had a feeling what I was about to say. "Well England broke out of the institution and.. We got into a fight, not long before you came over here.. They finally got him back in, but told me I wasn't allowed to visit him no matter what." I said reluctantly. I heard Tally give the smallest sigh. Of... Relief?
Tally turned back around. "Then just.. Wait outside? Will you?" "Da." She flashed me a smile, one of the first since she came here. "Thanks~" "No problem," As she skipped off toward the doors of the institution, my urge broke and I finished with, "Love you." I could tell right away she was shocked, even in the slightest bit. But surprisingly she said, "Love you too."

As I was waiting on the wooden bench, gazing at the sunset, I heard the doors leading outside swing open. I ran up to hug Tally. "What took you so long, huh?" "I couldn't find him in his room anywhere. Probably just in some other room. It's not like he escaped unnoticed." With that I heard her snicker a tiny bit;A nervous, doubted one.
She turned to face me with a grin. "Wanna get some dinner? I can check on him soon, hopefully he'll be back by then." "Da, sounds great." I respond, smiling ever so slightly. Then Tally took my hand and placed it in hers, we strolled off towards a small cafe not so far from here.
A/N: Yep, it sucked so bad. I'm sorry.
