A music producer sharing equal shares in advances, royalties & merchandise from the booming business that is High School Musical are suing Vanessa Hudgens & her father for $5 million, The Associated Press reported.

Hudgens, one of the stars of the Disney phenomenon, entered into an agreement with Johnny Vieira when she was still a minor, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles High Court on Monday.
