Does someone know when season 2 of high school of the dead is comming

Season 2 was meant to come out in Early november, after the release of the second Manga series in April, along with an OVA which was supposed to be realeased along with the Manga, however following the Tsunami in Japan, these have most likely been severly delayed.

Because off all the problems in japan and the guy that draws the characters was hospilatized he then had to stop the series while he was in the hospital season2 will come out sometime in 4 -6 months from now or in june

I heard from many reliable and truthfull people who I'm close to found out Highschool of the dead will come out the end of the summer, or in winter. If it doesn't come out, then they said it would come out next year. :-) be patient!!

The answer is...undefined. A second season has not been officially confirmed, nor denied. What was announced, was the continuation of the manga series. An anime is, most of the time, an adaptation of a manga series. This is true for High School Of The Dead. Therefore, enough material is required for an adaptation to even be considered. This has not yet been provided. Records show, that with this mangaka's...erratic schedule, High School Of The Dead's completion seems very unlikely. Or at the very least, not in the near future. Amazon has a second colour omnibus for pre-order, able to be sold sometime in 2014. I don't see an anime adaptation coming out until at least mid 2014, and that's being optimistic, seeing as the sales were not at all good in Japan. I'd say that an anime adaptation is only wishful thinking at this point. Though, don't take my word for it, I haven't searched around for news about High School Of The Dead since July.

Unfortunately they are not making a second season real bummed about that but anything could happen but if they do decide to make a second season it will be mid to late 2013

I really can't wait now I watched all the episodes also the OVA again and hopefully I can see more of this awesome show by the end of this year!!!!!!!!!!

In truth I think everyone has an answer to this question but, at this point as said because of the stuff that happened in Japan its probably been delayed. All you can do is watch something else to keep you busy while we all patiently wait for it to happen if it happens.

Highschool of the dead season 2 may or may not even come out. The reason being, it is not a popular anime in Japan, where it originates from. Hope my answer was of some sort of use :D
