I thought you might like to know that some of our favourite Hollyoaks faces have got involved in a celebrity charity art campaign this year.
The campaign is called ‘Pushing the Envelope’ in aid of the National Literacy Trust - helping disadvantaged children. Andy Moss (Rhys Ashworth) and Anna Shaffer (Ruby Button) have designed an envelope together and also provided words of inspiration. Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes McQueen) has also designed a unique envelope. To check their envelopes out go to: www.pushingtheenvelope.com
Just read that Anthony (Gilly) is going to be in a play at the Lowry starting this Thursday, 14 July! I wonder if the cast will go! I'm so going to see him live. It looks like he plays a brother going to war.
Just saw his tweet: "Just finished todays rehearsals for 'God Wept and The Devil Laughed" it was great to see it on its feet! #GoodDaysWork"
That's the name of the play!
And here's another article I saw about it...
HOLLYOAKS actor Anthony Quinlan will tread the boards at The Lowry this month.
Just when Warren thought his life in the village couldn’t get any worse, he finds himself trussed up, blindfolded and at the mercy of a vengeful Clare Devine! She’s out for blood and she’s not messing around this time. All that’s missing from her plan is Justin.
Meanwhile, Hannah heads to the Loft to stop Justin from going through with Warren’s plan, but she gets caught in the crossfire. Will Hannah be able to take out Clare before she gets the best of Justin and Warren? Find out next week on Hollyoaks!
Zoe’s been getting into a lot of trouble lately. After stealing Mike’s script in a moment of desperation, Zoe’s wracked with guilt, battling with her conscience about handing it in. Zak and Kris, unaware of her dilemma, goad her on and she finally relents.
When they go to celebrate at the SU Bar, Zoe tries to drown her guilt in alcohol. As Zak watches her down pint after pint, getting steadily drunker, he quickly realises that something’s not right. He cancels his date with Michaela to spend more time with Zoe and find out what’s wrong, but Zoe mistakes his friendship...
A few weeks ago we revealed to you exclusively that Hollyoaks favourites Warren (Jamie Lomas) and Justin (Chris Fountain) will both be exiting the show in a dramatic face-off with the formidable Clare Devine.
After months away from the village, Clare is back and ready to take revenge on her former arch-rivals and we can now reveal that there are fatal consequences for one of them! Yes, you heard it here; this will be the final showdown for soap’s favourite gangster Warren Fox whose lifetime of wheeling, dealing and general criminal frenzy has finally caught up with him.
Hannah (Emma Rigby) has a tough time next week when Suzanne (Suzanne Hall) finds a stash of food in her bedroom drawer!
As the Ashworths begin to despair that Hannah is suffering a relapse, a desperate Hannah begins to look suspiciously at everyone to a bid to determine who could have framed her...
She's in for another shock later in the week when she sits down to have a heart-to-heart with Justin (Chris Fountain). Confessing to her problems at home, Hannah can't believe her ears when Justin decides that there's something from his past that he'd like to get off...
Warren (Jamie Lomas) has a close call in a couple of week's when Calvin (Ricky Whittle) ups his games in his plea to seek revenge on the HOLLYOAKS bad boy.
When Mark returns from secondment in Manchester and catches Calvin and Warren exchanging money he becomes suspicious of Calvin's dealings. Confronting him, Calvin is forced to confess that he's trying to nail Warren once and for all.
A suspicious Mark tells Calvin to set up a drug operation in a bid to catch Warren red-handed but things take a nasty twist when Sasha (Nathalie Emmanuel) gets involved.
Hollyoaks favourite Russ Owen (Stuart Manning) is to bid a poignant farewell to the Village in an emotional storyline which sees him desperately try to snatch his son.
Estranged from son Max, since the death of his mother Tina McQueen (Leah Hackett), Russ becomes embroiled in a bitter row with her sister Jacqui (Claire Cooper) who is determined to play mum to the little boy.
Tired of being on the sidelines Russ tries to amicably discuss access with Jacqui who immediately denies him any opportunity to see his son. Fuelled by anger and the desperate need to be...
