Wait, now that I have it downloaded, when i try to open it nothing comes up...?

Check what it says on the forum; you may have done something wrong. The forum explains everything. Try uninstalling it, reading more thoroughly, and trying again. I don't have Pesterchum myself, so I know nothing of it. But I promise that forum has aaaaaaaall the info on it you need.

I downloaded all the crap it told me to, but I press the button and nothing pops up. ._.
