Cuddy is damaged because she's got an incredible fear of intimacy; so fearful or scared of it that she's never been in a real relationship with someone else. That's damage.

Beautifull=damaged.......don't think so, or the half of my female collegues should suffer from something really bad that has happened in their lives :), I could ask them (I'm a third year in medical school)

It's true of both the women and the men in the show- That doesn't necessarily mean that female doctors in real life are damaged.

I think that's how it is in the real world too. Girls who can get by on their looks, do. It's just the way the world works. Women who work very hard for what they have are doing it for two reasons: some even in their past has driven them or they are trying to prove themselves. Whichever way you take it, that's damaged.

I'm not studying to be a doctor, but I am studying to become a lawyer. The women I have seen who are drop dead gorgeous have a reason that is driving them to kick ass in this field.
