What really happened in '' Third Wheel"?

I read somewhere that a video was released on the CBS website about what really happened in '' Third Wheel" between Ted, Rachel and Trudy. I tried searching for it but couldn't find it. If anyone who has seen the video tell me what it contained, if they still remember it?
