Time flew by, as Cuddy couldn’t sleep. Curled up on her side, staring outside the window as the dark clouds faded into the midnight sky with its stars shining so bright.
Feeling the top of her head, she closed her eyes and tried to recall House’s face. Someone she had spent so many years with as a boss, and potential lover.
