“You know, you’re not helping!” Lisa hung up the phone. The lamb, which a minute ago was sleeping in Hugh’s arms, had become a mad beast. Hugh went to the kitchen were Lisa was standing. She took a bottle of water and began drinking it, Hugh stood staring at her. She felt his eyes over her.
“What are you looking at?” He was caught wandering over her body so he smiled and offered her a napkin.
“Why are you so anxious about them getting the snow out of the way?” Hugh asked not sounding irritated. Lisa didn’t want to answer that. She knew the answer, because it was dangerous for her to be with him in her hotel room. Because she didn’t know if knowing they couldn’t get disturbed, they’ll stay just chatting. She was sure she wouldn’t resist, not with those melting blue eyes.
“Because I want to rest.” She offered but Hugh didn’t believe her. He stepped closer to Lisa.
“You can do that. You know I won’t disturb your sleep.” Hugh stared at Lisa’s eyes, they were shining still from the tears that had assaulted her eyes that evening. He stepped closer. Lisa backed up and hit her hips with the kitchen counter. That couldn’t be good, she breathed in once more and answered.
“It isn’t that, I..I just want to be alone.” Hugh was almost face to face with Lisa when he chuckled.
“You know that isn’t true, you’ve been complaining about being alone all day. “
“Yeah but that doesn’t-“Hugh stepped closer making Lisa’s mouth shut, “that doesn’t justify the fact that I’m used to it.”
“That shouldn’t be that way.” Hugh was whispering, he had closed his eyes and was leaning more towards Lisa’s face. He then felt a palm.
“Are you on drugs or something?” Lisa said, Hugh snapped open his eyes and went backwards. Lisa thanks to this move took her bottle of water and walked to the couch, slowly to prove that she wasn’t nervous. Hugh sat seconds later besides Lisa.
“So.” She said tapping her hand over her thigh.
“So.” Hugh said nodding. She turned to see him, his gaze was fixed in the coffee table. He turned to see her and noticed how her head abruptly changed of direction. This little game went on for a few minutes where everything had remained silent but their heads. Each mind was thinking in the most reasonable thing to do.
“I’m going to bring you another blanket so that you aren’t cold when you sleep.” Without getting any approval she went to her bedroom and came back with a blanket. She put in on top of the coffee table. Both pairs of eyes sat on the blanket. Lisa cleared her throat.
“So…goodnight?” Hugh turned to see her. He nodded. Lisa was about to stand up but Hugh took her hand and pulled her down.
“Are you going to be Ok?” The eye contact was tense.
“Yeah” She nodded.
“Lisa?” Hugh said raising his hand and placing it below Lisa’s chin. He couldn’t resist more, he began caressing her cheek, slowly. Lisa closed her eyes. There was no way to escape, no when she was facing the problem already, not when she was trapped within the problem itself. She was tight as a knot and she realized it when it was too late.
Lisa placed her right hand is his left cheek while he placed his in her waist. They began coming closer, inhaling their scents and feeling their exhaling. Hugh brushed his lips with her. He kissed her, carefully. She kissed him back unexpectedly. Their tongues met each other when the kiss grew deeper. The continued kissing, melting everything that surrounded them but the snow.
Dun dun dun Daaaannnn!!!!
Don’t worry I’ll continue it tomorrow and see how it developes…
*evil grin* XDDD Bwahahaha
And just so you know yeah I'm not good at kisses I suuuccckkk
