A thousand words whirled around in his head. ‘You love her don’t you?!’ ‘Why are you telling me this now you asshole?!’ His angry wife’s face appeared in his head. ‘I-I just can’t do this now.’ ‘I…I have to go, Hugh. I’m leaving for Paris tonight.’ Lisa’s soft and beautiful face pulled at his heart. He downed the rest of the bourban and rubbed his temples. He had really fucked up this time. First he admits to himself that he loves Lisa. Then he actually tells his wife! Oh and it gets better, he confronted Lisa and told her what he did…how stupid could he get?! He didn’t know what to do but drink. Jo left him, as she should have. Lisa left for Paris, as she should have too. Now he was alone. He looked at the bottle of bourban and wished he were dead. Yeah. Being dead sounded pretty good to him right now. He wished he could just take a knife to his heart like he had done to Jo’s. He wished he could torture himself like he had done to Lisa. He just wanted to suffer and then die and go to hell. Leave this Earth and go to hell. He had loved Jo and fucked that up when he had an affair with a costar. They pushed it aside and said that they would ‘work through it’ and ‘forget it’…they never worked through it, they just pushed it aside. They never forgot it, they just didn’t bring it up. Now he had fallen hard. Head over heels. His heart had been ripped out of his chest and now layed within the woman with a beautiful smile. The woman with perfect dark brown hair. The woman with a perfect body. The woman with a voice that made angels green with envy. The woman that he called Lisa.
Yes. He does love her. He put the glass down and got up with his jacket and keys in hand. He didn’t know how he was going to do this but he was going to finally have Lisa. Hell or high water he was going to tell her that he loved her. No force of nature or God could stop him now. He was a man, very in love, and he was on a mission.
August 17, 3am
She looked out over Paris. Such a pretty city. Her hotel was located with a beautiful view of the leaning tower. As she looked out on her balcony it reminded her of a movie. Picture perfect. Pizza all lit up and cars and shoppes down below as the lonley woman looked out over the steel balcony. Picture perfect…until her phone started ringing. She looked at the ID ‘Katie Jacobs’ it read. She sighed and turned the phone off and chucked it on her bed. Her sudden disappearence had not gone unoticed by her boss’. Hugh was the only one that knew and she planned to keep it that way. She slipped out of her LA clothes and slipped into a simple layered silk dress that almost looked like a night slip but the royal blue band at the waist gave it that dressy like appearance. She pulled her hair back in a loose ribbon and put on some heels. It was 3am and noone in the hotel except for the bellhop and some late comers were awake. With a light silk shawl drapped over her shoulders, wearing her silk dress, and carrying a little purse she slipped out of the building and into the streets of Paris.
It was truly beautiful…all the lights. She wandered towards the leaning tower and marveled in it’s structure and extreme excentricity. After gazing at that she found a small bridge that two lovers were kissing on. It was quiet and beautiful. She crossed the bridge and entered a park of some sort. It was very romantic. Lights lined the trail that was layered with odd shaped and colored bricks. The trail lead to a huge fountain in the middle that had branching trails. The whole fountain was lit up with lights as the water glistened down. She smiled and sighed. ‘Peaceful’ she thought. Sitting on the edge of the fountain she leaned to look into the water. She expected it to be filled with pennies but instead found the bottom covered with all types of blue tiles in a unique mosaic pattern. Each individual tile glistened in the water. Truly beautiful. The thought that all of this was beginning to be to perfect passed her mind for a moment but she soon forgot it when she saw a little fish swim by. She counted 5 medium sized goldfish in the fountain. There was a slight breeze that sent little shivers up her spine, causing her to pull the shawl tight around her shoulders. The ribbon that held her hair back came loose and fluttered in the wind, landing on the waters of the nearby river. Now her hair fell loose and blew in the breeze. Making her features ever more beautiful.
“Lisa.” A voice that was all too familiar greeted behind her. She turned suddenley and saw him standing at the end of the same trail she had came on. “What are you doing here?” She asked standing, her dress and hair fluddering in the breeze. “I couldn’t just leave things off where they did. I had to come and apologize.” He didn’t move from his place. He looked very proper in his more formal suit. “Well, you are here and you have said what you need to say so now you can…leave.” Her words hurt him and she knew it, for they hurt her to say them. “No. I have not said all that I need to say. Lisa, I have kown you for 6 years. I never thought anything of you other than my best friend and coworker…until now. I have pushed my feelings aside and told myself that they weren’t real. There is no ignoring them now.” He came a little closer and could see her fighting her tears.
“I not only came to apologize but I have also come to tell you how I feel and to inform you that you have something of mine…my heart. I have fallen head over heels, madly, deeply, truly, in love with you, Lisa. My heart is no longer Jo’s…it’s yours for the keeping. Take it or leave it.” They were now fairly close and he could see her eyes glistening with tears. “Hugh.” She swallowed the lump in her throat. “It’s not that easy. The media is watching every move we make.” She tried to hold back her tears. “It’s…it’s just not that easy.” She let her eyes flood with tears as they ran down her cheeks and stained her perfect skin. She burried her head in her hands and sat down on the fountain edge again. Her cries deepened when she felt his warm arms wrap around her. His grip felt so secure and protective. She just wanted his warmth to surround all of her so she leaned into him and allowed him to lift her on his lap and cradle her as she cried into his chest.
The whole world stopped at that moment. She now not only accepted her love for him but she now wanted it too. She wanted his heart and him forever and always. That was that. Their hearts joined together at that moment. Bound with iron chains and locked with locks that noone had the key to. Not even WalMart could make copies of those locks. He squeezed his eyes shut and let tears fall down his face as well as he rocked them back and forth and kissed her head. Her hair so soft and warm he burried his face into it. They stayed like this for a while. 5 minutes later both of their tears succombed and he lifted his head from her hair as did she from his chest. Blue on blue. Ice on ice. Only now did she notice that he had been crying. The red veins in the white of his eyes accented his blue even more. “I’m taking your heart…you’ve always had mine.”
She smiled slightly as she spoke these words. At first his brain wasn’t registering her words and when it did he stopped breathing and all he could do was gape at her beauty. “Really?” He asked finally. She was still on his lap and her hands on his chest. “Really.” As if on que the wind blew the strongest, sending a sopping wet ribbon infront of them. Scientifically it was impossible. The breeze that small couldn’t send the ribbon flying from Lisa’s hair into the river and then back to the same spot. But it did happen. “My ribbon.” She said pointing to the ribbon laying on the ground. “Red. That means love right?” He asked. She looked at him and smiled. “I think so.” They shared an electrifying kiss that sealed the ever growing bond of their joined hearts and sent sound waved traveling throughout the world that were only known to their ears. Those waves spoke love. True, raw, and everlasting love. Red. The color of love.
Well, yup I hope you enjoyed it and please if there is ANY spelling, reference, ect. mistakes, please tell me. LOL!!! Oh an review and rate…please:)))

OMG i was reading a spoiler for House and then i clicked on another link (which was DS apologising to huddy fans about the sex being fake and all) but then there is this comment from Lisa Edelstein...(flailing already) and it's quoted from the site (i've bolded some of the wording)
It was certainly meaningful to Lisa Edelstein, who didn't hallucinate making out with Hugh Laurie. "Even though it didn't happen for real, I got to shoot that scene -- and I might get to shoot another later on down the road," she said with a laugh. Edelstein then delivered this message to Huddy fans: "Stay with me. Give Huddy time. Don't give up hope."

I wonder if Hugh Laurie feels the same???
*bobs eyebrows*
