Hugh on Forbes 100 !! 

THAT is gonna shut those "naysayers" up!!

I'm fairly certain that Hugh would never publicly comment on this article but I'd love to know his thoughts regarding it!!!

I tell you, THIS really makes me SO happy I could CART WHEEL!

All those nasty, jealous, no talent LITTLE people who always have SO much to say about him, now can wind their necks in and crawl back in their holes!

OH HAPPY DAY........

Well, Hugh has made this list before. He was regularly in the top 75 when House was in its best days - season 2 to season 5. Last year, he fell out of it because he went through a period of not doing a lot of interviews. Plus, Hugh has absolutely no interest in social media and Forbes weighs the social media strength of the celebrity when compiling this list, so whatever presence Hugh had in that respect was always because of his large fan base.

But, because of promotional work for Let Them Talk Hugh has had a lot more mentions in the press, has had to do a lot more interviews, and has had to allow his music company to create a social media presence for him (eg. hughblues website, twitter page, facebook page and youtube channel).

I expect next year Hugh will probably move up the list because he will still have his House pay cheque for one more year, Let Them Talk will contribute to his overall earnings for next year as well as to his overall presence in the media, AND he has 3 movies coming out this year (Hop, The Oranges & Arthur Christmas) which is a lot for Hugh.

There was also a lot of press over him getting the lead role in the Mr. Pip film and a wide amount of speculation over Hugh perhaps getting a major role in The Hunger Games, so his media presence, social media presence and earnings should all be way up next year.
