IMVU Question

I NEED HELP!!!!

My IMVU won't let me log in. it says login failed
but i haven't changed my IMVU password or user name....
i didn't change anything on the login screen and it won't send the thing 4 me 2 get a new password...it's irritating me because it was working fine b4.
does anyone kno what i can do?
