During 'Chat-Show,' the showcase for her new mini album 'Chat-Shire,' which progressed October 23 at Yongsan District's Understage, IU gave reasons for deciding not to promote on TV.
The singer-songwriter explained, "There will be no TV promotions whatsoever. There are a lot of reasons--I can't name just one. The first being that I took on a lot of projects this year.
