hello all

I have something that you may find rather interresting. I had met this lady online a few years back and we got to talking about the beatles and found out she has been a huge fan for many years. Through our conversations I discovered that her and Yoko have been friends for something like twenty seven years and they have been conversing back and forth for years. So I asked her if Yoko would mind me talking with her as well. She said she would ask her. Turns out that since I know her friend it would be ok. As I discovered she doesn't trust alot of people. Anyway we were having quite the conversations, via internet.

Timed passed and I got an idea since I am a visual artist as well a writer, I thought that perhaps Yoko would allow me the privledge of finishing the lyrics to one of John's unfinished songs. Our mutural friend passed this idea to Yoko and she agreed that it would be a great idea.
Since our mutural friend has some copies of some of John's unfinished stuff that Yoko had sent her Yoko asked our mutural friend to pass a copy to me. Which she did.

It's John Lennon's birthday what are you going to do for him?

John Lennon always wanted peace and love.

John Lennon was born on Oct,9 1940 when Hitler was throwing bombs. But that didn't stop Julia from having her baby boy.

Julia and Alfred (John's father) had gotten into a fight and had splitting up John had to choose between his mother and his father.

He picked his father twice but rad to Julia, Julia was crying so he ran to her to be with her. But Mimi had picked him up and carried him away from Julia.

Move or rock your knees up and down while nodding your head to accomplish the typical stage movements of John Lennon. The head bobbing will help you jam and mimic the movements of the guitar-playing.

2
Use the pick to play the notes up and down. Songs such as "Can't Buy Me Love," "I've Just Seen A Face" and "Help!" have mad, intense strumming sequences that require quick, swift movements. The swift movements need to feel almost angry and frustrated.

3
Place your thumb on the first string or "low E." Guitarists usually use their index finger to hold this string, but holding the "low E" with your thumb allows you to hold the note more securely, and therefore, produce a funkier, Lennon-like beat. When you have to go up and down the neck of the guitar, slide your hand and reposition your thumb on the "low E" cord.

4
Hold the cord, and then strum the notes that you want to play. Lennon favored the bottom three strings or the strings that are closest to the ground: high "E," "B" and "G." Hold these three strings with your fingers while holding the "low E" with your thumb.

Fight for world peace to be like John Lennon. Throughout his life, he was a proponent of peace and was against war and violence. His song "Imagine" is about world peace.

2
Stand for equal rights for all people to be like John Lennon. In his life, Lennon always stood up for minorities and people groups who may not have had equal rights, such as the gay and lesbian demographic.

3
Be a trend-setter and pioneer in your field to be like Lennon. He was without a doubt one of the great pioneers of entertainment, music, film and art. He set the trends and did not follow them.

4
Overcome difficulties and problems to be like John Lennon. He faced many difficulties in his childhood, yet he kept his resilience through it all. His father was nonexistent in his childhood, and his mother died when Lennon was only 17. He was mainly raised by relatives, not his mother.

5
Be great at what you do to be like Lennon. He is considered one of the greatest musicians, songwriters, performers and artists in history.
