Probably, it's ridiculous when ppl say he's going to date like a 10 or 12 year old. That's nearly illegal! I do believe age is but a number but theres a difference between falling in love with a boy 2 yrs older than you than u still in elementry school and him in high school. If you're 13 or 14 sure, 15 better and 16 your completely eligble. :)

hi there, lovely. :) this may be a tad bit too late, but just in case you are still curious and in need of one more answer to your question, here i am! so, i would not say i am some sort of "bieberphedia" or whatever you'd like to call it, but i can recall some past references that biebs himself made. now, i can not say everything will be spot on, but he did say alike phrases to;

in shakespeare's, romeo and juliet play, juliet is a thirteen year old girl, almost fourteen. people claim to say that romeo was maybe around the age of sixteen, however, there is no real proof. others say that he was in his early twenties, as well as justin is right now. a few years ago justin opened up about the "perfect" girl, and said that age was only a number, and that, like romeo and juliet, he could love a woman of any age. now, do to the fact that justin is 21 and you are about fourteen, maybe fifteen and a half now, that is illegal. but just think about it like this; my parents are seven years apart, and you are about six or seven for justin. so, if you two ever met, there may be a chance. also remember, though, that this is not a movie; you could meet justin, and just be seen as (sadly) only a "fan". it takes a lot more than a meet and greet to fall in love with someone, but holy crap, would that be a dream come true. keep your head high and realize that hey, there is a little chance that you could be with justin in the future, and there is a chance that you won't be. whether you do end up with him or not, i can guarantee you that God has a much better plan for you in store.
