Justin Bieber turns 19 today and celebrated by walking around shirtless to show us how far his abs, pecs and tats have come since he was first discovered way back in 2008 (ok, I'm guessing he didn't have any tattoos when he was 14).

Clearly the guy has been working out and eating right since breaking up with Selena Gomez.
