Apparently, the live-action adaptation of Kuroshitsuji have some changes. Instead of Ciel, we have different person as the head of the Phantomhive family.... and it's a girl. Also, instead of a 19th century setting, the live action is set in the future (2020 to be exact). Read the rest of the news here:

Right now I've just finished watching Kuroshitsuji II. Eventhough I started watching second season since last March it took me one whole year to complete just 12 episodes....Oh gosh!! OMG! The musical will return!! And starring my beloved Yuya again! OMG! He's perfect for the role of Sebastian!! So I can't wait to see him again!!! He's so flawless!!!
I'm so excited about the musical!!! Ciel will be played by Tanaka Taketo, the same talented guy that played the role of Yahiko in last year's live-action film adaptation of Rurouni Kenshin!! I can't wait!!! I was so shocked when I saw the news!

Apparently, Kuroshitsuji will be made into a movie/live action (at least according to MangaHere which is a manga site credible enough with their news)! Mizushima Hiro will play the role of Sebastian Michaelis and the movie shooting starts in April and will be released this year. Posted 4 months ago
