Justin Bieber jumps to the No. 2 spot from last year’s position at No. 10, with George Clooney rounding out the top 3, while Lady Gaga came in first place.

This is Gaga’s second year in a row at the #1 spot. In 2011 she dedicated much of her time to putting an end to bullying and even started a new charitable organization called Born This Way. Gaga did plenty more to help out those less fortunate in 2011, including auctioning off a nude sketch for charity and performing at the Bill Clinton...
