How are you supposed to get a banner for a spot? It will never let me!

You have to find a picture or make a picture that is 800x100 pixels. & then if you made the spot, go to 'edit spot' under the banner on the right, & upload it.
But if you didn't make the spot, you have to email one of the fanpop 4 to upload it for you.

Yeah, sometimes it never lets you add a banner.
