Carisa POV
We arrived at the base of the mountain. Without hesitation we began the long climb. Cole made it to the top first. I heard a yelp from below. I looked, and Kai was hanging off Jay's hand. Jay swung him back up. " Thanks." I made it to the top, and Cole helped me up. I looked, and saw a gigantic chain, leading higher up then my eyes could reach. The others got to the top, we began to climb up the chain. When we got to the top we looked down the chain. Skeletons were coming up, and fast. The nunchucks floated in the center of the lost city.
''Jay hurry up!" I shouted. He grabbed the weapon. The dragon then rose up. We all jumped off, and we activated our gliders. The others glide, and mine, of course, had a gapping hole in it. I fell down, gaining speed. I knew the impact would be deadly. I thought back to what has happened. I realized, I was only a burden to the ninja. Even now, in my final moments. I also knew I would never find my family. I let a tear go. "Hold on!" I heard Kai shout. I looked up, and he was free falling to me. He grabbed me, and activated his glider. We were falling to fast, and the glider flew right off. We fell ever so fastly.
"Kai! Use your spinjitzu!" I bearly heard it, but next thing I knew, I was in a firey tornado. We landed. I instantly fell to the ground, exausted. Kai fell next to me. Sensei just kinda stared at us. The other ninja came down.
"Are you okay?" Cole asked. I felt terrible. I was nothing but a burden.
" I-I'm sorry." I told them. They were surprised .
" Sorry for what?" Jay asked.
" For weighing you down." I said sadly.
" You do not weight us down, the missions wouldn't be the same without you.'' Zane told me.
" Your right. The missions would be better without me," There was silence. Sensei spoke up after a minute.
" You are important, I know." The others nodded. I sighed. "Come. We will spend the night in the forest of tranquility, and set of for the fire temple in the morning. I was sad, but curious about the future. I followed them, woundering about the future.
