Happiness will not last purly on white lies.

You gain happieness through the truth. The only difference is where you stand.

Truth:
In the end, the truth is always easier to deal with than feeling betrayed/duped/stupid etc for falling for the lie.

i'm with sweet_pants. totally agree with you!!! i've always been more concerned with the truth then happiness, if you know the truth you can make informed decisions which may spawn happiness

But we don't ALWAYS want the truth.

i'd rather have the truth... though there are some truths we don't need to see

with happiness people can be together if they picked truth then they couldnt be happy together

In my personal opinion and experience, no one can ever be completely happy, yet at least with the truth you know what you're in for.

I haven't made my mind on this yet. I'm a great fan of straight, painful, uncomfortable truths, but... i also believe some things are better left unspoken.

I strive for complete honesty though, just like Loker in the beginning.

Sometimes the truth doesn't last forever.
"what do you think of me as a person?" the answer to that can change a lot! So yeah give me happiness :P.

And the human mind made up the lies because sometimes it just cannot cope with the truth.
