**Introduction**
I'll tell ya, I'v experienced a lot of things through my time in Nerima. Like, how fantasy becomes reality when your brother is a pig, your rival is a cat, and your friend is half girl, but their all still the same lunk-heads you know and love.
But sometimes I wonder: What would happen if I had said what was really on my mind? I'm rubbing the notebook paper here as I write in my journal with tears dripping onto the page every now and again.
What I mean to say is, long ago, when I was about 11, Ryoga turned 12. At that age, for some reason Ryoga would come home from school everyday with some new piece of information to share with me. Life lessons. About how People can be major jerks and you have to watch out, or when someone steals your bread, you fight back!
At the time, Ryoga was my stupid older brother. My friend came to see him, not me. What could I say? The dude was a babe-magnet. One lesson he said, though, is still with me, and rings true when a vision of pure beauty rests itself within me. Sofie, this might not mean anything to you now, but I want to let you know something very important. Well... if you love someone-- just... go for it...! The worst they can say is no!
--
Ryoga leaned against the doorway, his elbow against the wall and his strong hand cradling his face. I sensed his presence, and sullenly put the finger-painting down. My head turned slowly around.
"Ryoga..."
His eyes softened, and slowly he walked forward and sat down next to me on the floor with his legs crossed.
"He found someone else." he stated sternly. I grabbed my knees as huge balls of water formed in my eyes, and rolled down my cheeks.I pressed the middle of my bottom and top lip together and slouched forward. I squinted and sucked up as much air as I could while sobbing. I then felt Ryoga's arms hug me as I cried. Suddenly, he pulled me away.
"Sofie,"
My eyes lighted up.
"Do you remember what I told you when we were younger about love?"
I rubbed my eyes, sniffling.
"Y-yes, Onii-san. I do."
He stood up and whipped something out of his pocket. Without looking at it, he quickly lowered it to me. When I reached to grab it, he pulled it back and held it to his eyes.
"Do you know what this is?"
"No, Onii-san."
He hesitated to answer.
"This is... the location of the Saotome house..."
The tears stopped flowing. Where Ranma and Akane are?
He lowered it to me again. When I reached up to take it, he drew it back. My eyes narrowed, but I said nothing.
"Akane gave it to me, and I'm going to give this to you."
A weak smile floated across my face.
"Why?" I asked.
He smiled lovingly, and kneeled down.
"Because I'm your brother." His eyes glittered, and then he laughed, "Smile."

Nobody loves me,
Nobody cares,
Nobody picks me peaches and pears.
Nobody offers me candy and Cokes,
Nobody listens and laughs at my jokes.
Nobody helps me when I get in a fight,
Nobody does all my homework at night.
Nobody misses me,
Nobody cries,
Nobody thinks I'm a wonderful guy.
So if you ask me who's my best friend, in a whiz,
I'll stand up and tell you that Nobody is.
But yesterday night I got quite a scare,
I woke up and Nobody just wasn't there.
I called out and reached out for Nobody's hand,
In the darkness where Nobody usually stands.
Then I poked through the house, in each cranny and nook,
But I found somebody in each place that I looked.
I searched 'till I'm tired, and now with the dawn,
There's no doubt about it--
Nobody's gone.
