In the seventh movie, is Lord Voldemort played by the same actor in the other movies or someone different, because he sounded different in the seventh movie trailer?

I'm pretty sure he's still played by Fiennes.

No its not played by a diffrent actor,it is still ralph fines because when i watched the trailer i looked at his face and it was still him and it was his voice as well.So Don,t worry its him.
