Michael has been gone for three years, and he's finally getting his revenge from beyond the grave against his longtime arch enemy, disgraced A.D.A,Tom Sneddon. According to reports, he been brought on judicial charges on misconduct in regards to his long-term vendetta against the entertainer, his relentless pursuit of him. The whole thing started back in 1993 when a young fan, whom Michael befriended, accused him of misconduct stating that had made improper advances towards him. Tom Sneddon, assistant district attorney, saw this as chance to gain popularity and recognition, so he decided to take Jordie Chandler's case to pursue this matter. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case his several attempts to put Michael in prison was was waste of the taxpayer's money and time.

The 1995 hit song, "D.S.", Michael states that he was to nail him over some nonsense, but Michael wound up getting the victory 12 years later when he was acquitted on all counts of sexual towards another minor back in 2005.
