While the press conference showed four sport, including dodgeball and hockey, the demo I had for Sports Mix was only showing basketball and volleyball.
Basketball plays a lot like Mario Hoops 3-on-3 for the Nintendo DS (which makes sense because Square Enix helped develop this game too). This time, however, the game is 2 on 2. Players use the nunchuk to move, and flick the Wii remote to jump and shoot. A is to steal, and B uses items. It's simple and straightforward. I don't have to explain basketball here, right? You shoot, you score, you keep going.
