I want to learn how to make a moon pool me and my friends have a mermaid coven, so we want to make one

I originally THINK:

1. You don't make one, you find one.

2. The moon is always far away so make sure its INSIDE a high hill where there is SEA WATER not SWAMP WATER.

3. And the has to be a hole in the top for you to see the moon.

4. Make sure the water is deep and has entrance somewhere inside.

5. If you really want to MAKE ONE dig a whole in hill where the moon is facing i think mostly its EAST.

6. This step is no help its a question..... can i join you'r coven?
