How many people will have to die before we will take a stand
How many chiledren will have to cry, before we do all we can
If sending your love is all you can give
To help one live, mmm
How many times can we turn our heads
And pretend we cannot see
Healing the wounds of our broken earth
We are one global family
Just sending your prayers
Is something you feel
Helping one heal
What have I got that I can give
(What have I got that I can give, tell me)

In May 2006, Michael moved to Bahrain for the city of Dublin, Ireland, where he continued to record what would be the thirteenth solo album of his career - the first since Invincible. The forecast was that the album arrived in stores in the following years and would be distributed by independent label 2 Seas Records. But this hypothesis was discarded later. The new record label would then be the Michael Jackson Company, Inc., created recently.
In October of that year, the television show Access Hollywood has had access to the studio while Michael was working with producer and...
In 2006, Jackson attended several awards and honors. The first was the tribute held in May 2006 on MTV Japan, for the award of the Video Music Awards Japan '06. The press in general has made a huge emphasis on this event, due to the fact that it was the first public appearance since his acquittal Jackson made out of his seclusion in Bahrain.
During the rapid release of the album were explicit differences between Michael and the then head of Sony Music, Tommy Mottola. The problems began in 2000 when Jackson tried to withdraw the license from the original recordings from the catalog of his record company to release independent. So Michael would not have to split the profits with Sony. However, Jackson's lawyers have found clauses in his contract with the label that prevented the transaction.
To avoid a lawsuit, Michael and Sony struck a deal that would allow him to leave the label after the release of Invincible, but...

VIBE: How is it to be competing for sales with the likes of ‘N Sync and Britney Spears, children who were basically born at the height of your fame?
MJ: It’s a rarity. I had No. 1 records in 1969 and ’70, and still entered the charts in 2001 at No. 1. I don’t think any other artist has that range. It’s a great honor. I’m happy, I don’t know what else to say. I’m glad people accept what I do.
