Milotic, also known as the Tender Pokemon, is known as the world's most beautiful Pokemon. Contrary to what you might think, Milotic evolves from Feebas, which looks shabby and tattered. Milotic are apparently cream in coloration, having red hair and antennae, and their tails are coated with magnificent blue and red scales; Milotic apparently weigh 162 kg at average, and are generally 6.2 meters long.
