Monster High My crap drawing x3 *example for Loverbaltor*

It's not bad, considering that the Monster High characters are difficult to draw. (With some of their wacko anatomy) What I would say for you to improve, is start drawing the body first. That way, it gives you a sense of how big the head should be. Heads are always easiest to do in my opinion, since they always have the least amount of detail. (Compared to the rest of the body) You should always sketch lightly first though, so you can erase anything unwanted much easier and then replace the area much quicker.

So, just keep practicing and I'm sure you'll get better :) (Like everyone else does, haha)
