Neighbors and Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising are comedy films that star Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron. The first film was released in 2014 and the second film came out in 2016.
This film is about Mac and Kelly Radner, 2 parents who deal with a fraternity that lives next to them. The fraternity's leader is Teddy Sanders, a fun loving troublemaker. Mac and Kelly become rivals with Teddy and his friends which causes lots of silly antics.
This film is good. The film is enjoyably silly. Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron give good performances. The film is almost always entertaining. It's not a masterpiece, but it's a very entertaining comedy film that I recommend. Special mention goes to the scene where there's a Robert De Niro party which is so cool, because De Niro is awesome.
Neighbors 2 review
The Radner family deals with a sorority. The sorority is filled with females. Teddy helps the females at first, but he eventually teams up with the Radners to get rid of the sorority.
This film is better than the first film. This film actually has some emotional scenes. Stuff like Teddy learning to be more mature and the sorority girls trying to get their rights is well done for a comedy film. Also there's a scene with the Radner daughter having a bonding moment with her parents that had me saying "aw" in the theater, because that scene was cute. The Radner daughter is adorable and I hope she has a bigger role in future sequels. Also this film is really funny. Seth and Zac got me to laugh hard in several scenes.
Neighbors is good and Neighbors 2 is great. I recommend these films, especially Neighbors 2. These films show that Seth and Zac are talented comedy actors.
