Pegasus Maple Syrup tumbled out of bed, only to see her daughter Gummy Bear waiting for her. "C'mon, Mom, wake up!" Gummy said. Maple got up and stretched, and walked down the stars followed by Gummy. Maple lived a normal, tired, life and loved Gummy, but was very bored of having the same schedule every day: get woken up by Gummy, talk to her husband, Buttered Pancake, go to work, come home, cook supper, put Gummy to bed, and then go to bed herself. Buttered wakes up, goes to work, comes home, and then goes to bed. Gummy wakes up, goes to school, comes home, and then gets put to bed by Maple. But. even though she didn't know it, Maple was going to have a very different day today.
