"We’re best of friends now, as I am with almost everyone on the cast. We spend far too much time together."
- Stephen Amell answering the question of how has his relationship with Emily Bett Rickards developed over the years on Larry King.
"Emily came on the show in the third episode, and Emily was awesome. So she just becomes part of the show. I mean, you don’t want to stomp all over the canons and sort of the expectations of people that have read the comics their entire lives, but at the same time, we got to make...
"Felicity, before I met you, I had a plan. I had a way that I was gonna be. But then you walked into my life, or I…showed up at your cubicle. And you changed everything.
I was in darkness. But with your kindness, your generosity, your compassion, your intelligence, your wit, and your trust, you brought me into the light. You let me know that I deserved it. You were that light.
And I don’t know if I still deserve that trust, if I deserve you. I probably don’t. But whatever has happened, whatever will happen, the way that you make me feel is...
"Well we laugh I mean we’re good friends, it was more like for the characters it was such a moment we just wanted to do it justice and really really sort of like take our time with it because it is such a monumental part for the characters, but oh yeah we were laughing and making jokes and I made sure I ate everything he was allergic to and so it was great."
- Emily Bett Rickards on kissing Stephen Amell.
"Stephen and I love working together. There’s no other way to put it. We love the scenes that are...

"He’s very studious and he’s very dedicated to this story as a whole. He understands the unique mind of what happened, and what happened in one episode with this person, this character, and he knows everything very well. He’s very meticulous like that. I think that clarity on the story as a whole, not just season one and not just season two, but being able to see the arc of his character go through is why he’s so good at playing Oliver Queen and why he’s such a great actor."

I still can't get over how when Ra's stabbed Oliver his last thought before "dying" was his kiss with Felicity, then dreaming about her saying he loves her and that he'll stay. There's many reasons why Olicity has become my #1 OTP.
