Sure seems like it.

I think part of the reason for Hat Trick was just to get her father and she knew someone had to be left behind. Though if she knew what he did that might have been another reason, and the reason she cursed him to know the truth about the curse. But if she knew what he did then she'd probably know what Victor/Whale did as well. If that's the case hopefully we will get to find out how she got back at him in "In the Name of the Brother" I kind of like the theory that he's gay and that's why she made him a womanizer type but I don't see that happening.
