Once Upon A Time Question

were mary margaret and David right to be mad at Hook for lying to him about how he said that they were the ones who brought him the note and potion?

i mean if i remember right he said that he "ASSUMED" they were the ones meaning he wasnt sure but he thought they did. i really dont get why they get all huffy at him. i get why Emma was mad so maybe that was part of them being mad too but still getting mad and accusing him of lying about the note and potion seemed a bit harsh.

They were absolutely harsh on Killian, with no need to be. He was right to assume it was sent by a bird, by Snow. That's one of her most famous references.

I agree. They were absolutely unnecessarily harsh. I understand why Emma's mad, but the Charmings had no reason to be other than maybe getting upset for their daughter, but even then.. Emma's a grown woman. She can handle her own problems and they need to stay out of it.

Killian received a note sent on a bird with a potion and a note telling him to find Emma. If it were me, I would assume it was sent by Snow & Charming. I think most people would. So it was completely reasonable to assume that they sent the note and potion.

The fact that they were accusing him of lying really made me mad. Instead of pointing fingers and saying "He lied!", they should have gone "Wait, if we didn't send the potion, who did?"

I'm getting really tired of their anti-Hook attitude. I don't know how they think it's logical to believe that Regina deserves a chance to be good, but Killian doesn't.

Well if I was there I would've defended Hook. Emma is their daughter, so it would make sense that it was them. I guess Neal is quite obvious as well, because Hook said he heard Neal planning to get back to his family so he could've thought of that to be honest. But they shouldn't have been mad at him. They should be thanking him for bringing Emma back no matter who sent the note. "Don't trust him" now I don't ship CS, their my NOTP but he did get her back with her family. They don't have a reason NOT to trust him.
