My sister and me are having a fight and I am 100% sure that I am right but I'll ask you guys just in case.

So in the episode Jiggles Skipper says the Science AND Mad Science thing right? my sis thinks Kowalski says the 'Mad Science' thing, please prove me right!

That's what I told her was the quote and.... I said Skipper said the whole thing, but she has to make an argument outa EVERYTHING it seems (P.S. I tell her that you said so)
