there are many answers. since both Percy and Annabeth have one human cell and one godly cell their children could be like this:

Getting annabeth's human cell and percy's godly cell making= a demigod half human half god with the powers of Percy since they have percy's godly cell

getting annabeth's godly cell and Percy's human cell making= a demigod half human half god with annabeth's powers since they have annabeth's godly cell

percy's human cell and annabeth's human cell making= a human

And in very very very rare cases:

percy's godly cell AND Annabeth's godly cell making= a full on god that would have either mixed powers of athena and Poseidon of a god or a whole new thing

i think they would be half-bloods because they would still have gods blood and that turns them into half-bloods.

Have you taken Biology? I'll try to explain: Let us say,

Gods have the domanant gene (XX), and mortals have the non domanant gene (xx).

So when a God and a mortal have a kid their gene pattern would be (Xx) getting one gene from the godly parent and one from the mortal.

SO if two demigods Percy (Xx) and Annabeth (Xx) got married and had a kid, the results could look anything like this:
xx (mortal)- 25% chance,
Xx (demigod)- 50% demigod,
and on RARE occasions: XX (God)- when they receive both godly traits from both parents.

I hope you followed that, if not, wait until Biology class in high school.

It would make the kid a Legacy, which, basically means there is a 50/50 chance that this kid could develop powers.

I agree with lovespercy answer (with bioligy). Though I would think that they may get the wisdom and smarts from annabeth not fully though, and a bit of percy's power

Just saying if a god had a kid with a half blood the kid would die within a hour since there is to much godly blood for a mortal. Take frank as an example his dad was mars and his great great great grandfather was poseidon. Hera saved him but that was a rare occasion
(sorry if it was too long)
