"What are we going to do?" asked Annabeth in a whisper. A kampe was in their backyard, and for some reason it wasn't attacking, but it sure looked like it did want to attack anyway. The fully grown kampe was watching their youngest daughter, Lilly, like she was a chocalate cupcake.
"If that thing goes anywhere close to Lilly, i'm gonna..." said Annabeth, but she was inturupted by Percy, her husband.
"You aren't going to do anything Annabeth! You are pregnant so that is why you are taking the children to Camp half blood where they will be safe."
"WHAT? they aren't half bloods or demigods! Their parents are! I am not about to go take them there! They won't even get through the front gate by Thalia's old tree!"
"Yeah they will! They have godly blood in them!"
Suddenly the kampe let out a blood hurting scream of war. The kampe lunged for thomas,and to prove percy's point, thomas jumped, grabbed a baseball bat that they played with, and started swinging.
"Um, where did thomas learn to fight like that?" asked annabeth in a scared voice.
"uh........i don't really know." anwsered percy as they watched Thomas in astonishment. Thomas and the kampe started fighting. The kampe lunged, but thomas was to quick, and he ran around in a circle. All of a sudden, Lindsay jumped in, with a cup of water. She then threw the cup in the air, but all the water had fallen out. But it didn't hit the ground. She had stopped it. She then moved the water a spashed it into the kampe's eyes. Lindsay could actually control the water. The kampe could then not see, so Thomas took her sword, then he stabbed her with it. Gooey green blood poured out, and the kampe turned into gold dust.
"DADDY!! LOOK WHAT WE DID!!THE LIZARD IS DEAD!! YEAH!!" said Thomas as he high fived Lindsay.
The adults did not anwser. Their faces were covered in pure shock. Lindsay and Thomas had just used two powers. Thomas had used war strategy like Annabeth and Athena. Lindsay had used the water powers of Percy and Poseidon.
The sudden silence was suddenly broken by Thalia. "Well since they have godly powers, and a greek creature has already attacked them, then we might as well take the kids to Camp Half Blood to train."
"Wait what? They can't go! They are way to young!" said annabeth.
"Oh yes they should! You have to remember, you and percy are both half bloods, plus, your children have godly blood, monsters are more attracted to you and your family! Anyway, if they go, you could go too and be counselors."
" But we have work!" protested Annabeth. Percy was a gym techer, while Annabeth had been a 7th grade social studies and greek methology teacher. They both worked at the same school. But since it was summer, They didn't have work.
"Haha! Nice try! Work is out for you guys and my store can wait for now. Well then why don't you pack up!" said Thalia
"I want to go to a camp!" said Lindsay.
"Ok then, I guess we better pack up." said Percy.
