Was there an episode where Hamilton Berger was arrested and asked Perry to represent him?

In the Raymond Burr series, there was not an episode where Hamilton Burger gets arrested. However, in the Case of the Prudent Prosecutor (season 3, episode 14), Hamilton Burger does ask Perry Mason to defend his friend, Jefferson Pike, when he is arrested for the murder of Denver Leonard.
